Returns & Exchanges

  • How to return: Simply email us at hello@pet-drop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
