Shipping Information
We currently ship to addresses across the UK. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order will get to you:
- Delivery time: Orders are typically delivered within 10 working days. Please note, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product you’ve ordered.
- Shipping costs: Standard shipping is free on all orders
- Order tracking: Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
- If you order more than one product, products will arrive in separate parcels

Returns & Exchanges
We want you (and your pets!) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:
- Return window: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, with all packaging and tags intact.
- How to return: Simply email us at hello@pet-drop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
